On Staurday ,March 31st 2012 from 7pm-10pm, ARCAE PTA will be hosting the Annual Auction Fundraising Event.
There will be great food,open bar,music and some wonderful live and silent auction items.Plus a VIP hour from 6-7pm will allow an early
opportunity to see the venue and snap up the Buy-It-Now !
Auction items.
It will be held at 10 Storehouse Row,The Navy Yard at Noisette.

This event is very important to raise money for the A rts in the B asic
C urriculum Grant.
This grant funds our Artists in Residence program and supports additional Ballet Hours.Without this grant we would not be able to offer these great programs that are vital to our children as a Creative Arts Magnet School
We want all ARCAE to be a part of the exciting events of That 70's Auction.It is a great time to invite family and friends to celebrate while raising money for our fabulous school.All types of donations to the auction are encouraged and appreciated.Ask local businesses that you frequent to donate or become an auction sponsor.

Think of items or services that you yourself can provide,such as artwork,lawn service,cooking classes etc.There are also various volunteer opportunities to help with the auction.

Your invitation to this year's auction event was in your child's Friday folder 2/10/12. Regular tickets will be $35 and will include admission to the auction at 7pm, all food and beverages and entertainment.

Last year we introduced Buy-It-Now! items to our auction. This year there will be a VIP cocktail preview hour from 6-7 so those present during that time will have first access to the many wonde r ful Buy-It-Now! auction items. This cocktail hour is included in all of our sponsorship packages, or you can opt to purchase an additional pass so that you can be among those that can preview our great silent auction items and snap up some of the great Buy-It-Now! items.
